Beyond the winter season, we offer Fast, Fun & Family Fives and Local Masters Hockey competitions during the summer seasons, providing year-round opportunities for players to engage in the sport.

Winter Hockey Season
Open Grade Competition
The Open Grade Competition is the foremost premier hockey competition of the Wellington region. The competition offers grades for individuals of all abilities.
Intercity Competition
The mid-season Intercity Hockey Competition features clubs from neighbouring areas such as Taranaki, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, and Wairarapa, amplifying the skill on display.
Secondary School Hockey
Wellington Hockey provides diverse Winter Hockey Competitions for Secondary School students, aiming to foster holistic development aligned with their Talent Framework while offering opportunities for players of all levels to thrive in a positive environment.
