Get Ready for the Season with EXPLORE for Years 7&8!

This programme is perfect for Junior players in Years 7&8 who want to improve their skills or try something new. Over 6 weeks of dedicated training sessions, you'll get the preparation you need for the upcoming season. Sessions will be held at NHS and Kapiti on Sundays starting March 9.

We’re excited to announce that umpire registrations for both Open Grade and Secondary School competitions are now open on PlayHQ! Whether you're an experienced umpire, a beginner, looking to give it a go, club or school allocated, or a current WHA umpire – we welcome all registrations!

Representative
U16 & U18 Representative Trials

We are excited to announce the trial dates for our U16 and U18 representative teams!


Trial 1: Sunday, 9th March, at NHS from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Trial 2: Wednesday, 12th March, at NHS from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Trial 3 (U18s): Tuesday, 19th March, at NHS from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Trial 3 (U16s): Tuesday, 26th March, at NHS from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM


Registrations are NOW open on PlayHQ, with more details to be shared closer to the first trial!

Update on 2025 Open Grade Competition

A rapid review of competition offerings for 2025 and beyond is underway, with clubs consulting on a potential 10-team format for Premier 2 and Premier 3. A vote is set for next Wednesday. Players should continue attending trials as usual and check with their club for any team placement implications.
